Roles and Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Screening of the candidates & taking the first round of interviews with the General Manager.
  • Providing Orientation, Induction training to new recruits.
  • Preparation & maintaining employees’ personal records.
  • Maintaining all records, registers, files related to appointments.
  • To sign-in new entrant in the Biometric machine & payroll software and allot a new code number after updating the master file with his / her personal details.
  • The input of staff data for new entrants, and updating changes in Employee Master Salary Data.
  • To prepare a list of new employees due for Induction, inform the departments, and track their attendance.
  • Attendance Management.
  • To generate Long Absenteeism Report & take necessary actions.
  • Training and Development To Schedule functional training of employees and their development.
  • Performance Appraisals: Form preparation, distribution & collection & assistance in the appraisal process.
  • To prepare Police Verification reports, and submission to Police Authorities,
  • Attrition and Joining analysis etc. as per NABH requirement and forward to Quality Assurance Department.
  • NABH activities (Training Calendar, Satisfaction survey Feedback, etc.)
  • Supervising and monitoring Payroll.
  • To track confirmation, review of staff, and prepare recommendation formats for presenting to respective HODs.
  • Disciplinary actions: Latecomers, Absent without intimation, misconduct, violation of rules and regulations of the Centre.
  • Legal Compliances.
  • Motivational activities (Rewards and policies).
  • Grievance Handling.
  • To track resignations and initiate necessary steps.
  • Exit Interview analysis.
  • Full and Final settlements.
  • To complete exit formalities of left employees.
  • Deactivation of left employees from the system at a proper time.
  • Any other business which fits into the similar category as and when the Management requires.

LAB TECHNICIAN

Role - Lab Technician, Salary - 15k -18k
Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Perform processing of samples of Biochemistry & Immunoassay department.
  2. Should have experience of NABL processes and SOPs.
  3. Specimen processing as per defined SOPs.
  4. Transcribing materials, filing, and maintaining all pathology and clinical laboratory files.
  5. Quality Control as defined.
  6. Adherence to TAT / OTR (On-time Report)
  7. Follow the safety guidelines strictly as defined in the SOPs.

X-RAY TECHNICIAN

Role - Radiologist Technician
Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Take a radiograph of the patients who have been billed

2. Receive patients with care and communicate the process involved to make the patient comfortable

3. Attend to female patients in presence of a family member or a female staff (for male radiographers)

4. Check the prescription and the bill, to ensure correct billing

5. Check patient readiness as per the specific requirement of that x-ray (like fasting, LMP date for female patients)

6. Use polite and professional language when asking patients for medical history

7. Use polite and professional language when asking patients to remove their footwear, change of clothes, and for removing jewelry and etc.

8. Enable your branch by doing both routine and procedure x-rays

9. Follow the ALARA principle to minimize radiation exposure

10. Maintain the x-ray equipment and parts

11. Maintain the consumption log of consumables (films, contrast and etc.)

12. Promptly answer the department’s phone and provide the caller with the required information

13. Support the branch during free time in allied activities (dispatch, stock/inventory upkeep and etc.)

14. Attend training and development activities proactively

15. Always be well-groomed and punctual

16. Never misuse any service or infrastructure of VDCL
